Logira Games and Participation Policy

1. Overview

Logira is an educational platform operated by 9413570 Canada LTD. The platform provides educational games, tournaments, training simulators, and tutor connection services designed to support learning through interactive experiences.

The initial educational environment available on the platform is the Mathematics Game Country. Additional Game Countries, including Physics, Chemistry, and other educational subjects, may be introduced in the future.

2. Who Can Participate

The platform may be used by:

  • players aged 18 years and older;
  • parents or legal guardians registering accounts on behalf of minors;
  • students participating under the supervision of a parent, guardian, school, or tutor.

Users must maintain accurate account information and comply with all platform rules.

3. Game Creation and Ownership

All games, tournaments, educational challenges, tasks, virtual worlds, content, graphics, and game mechanics available on the platform are created, commissioned, licensed, or approved by Logira.

Users may not create public games, tournaments, or educational content unless specifically authorized by the platform.

All intellectual property rights remain the property of Logira or its licensors.

4. Game Structure

Games are organized into educational environments known as "Game Countries."

Each Game Country contains:

  • educational quests;
  • logic challenges;
  • mathematical problems;
  • progression systems;
  • achievements and rewards;
  • optional tournament participation.

Game Countries may be modified, expanded, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued at the platform's discretion.

5. Training Simulators

Training simulators generate tests and exercises from a pool of educational tasks.

Features include:

  • random question selection;
  • time limits where applicable;
  • unlimited attempts;
  • varying questions between attempts.

All users receive:

  • scores;
  • results summaries;
  • numbers of correctly solved tasks.

Additional features available only to paid subscribers include:

  • simulator history;
  • reward points;
  • student monetization or reward programs when available.

6. Tournaments

Certain educational activities may include tournaments.

Tournament participation may require:

  • an eligible subscription plan;
  • tournament registration;
  • payment of applicable tournament fees.

Tournament rules will be published separately for each event.

The platform reserves the right to:

  • verify participant eligibility;
  • remove participants for rule violations;
  • modify tournament formats when necessary.

7. Subscription Access

The platform currently offers:

Promo Plan (Free) — Includes:

  • simulators;
  • promotional games;
  • recommended tutor directory;
  • protected tutor contacts;
  • tutor payment services.

Basic Plan — Includes:

  • all Promo features;
  • access to one active Game Country.

Ultimate Plan — Includes:

  • all Promo features;
  • access to all available Game Countries;
  • tournament participation.

Subscription fees are charged in USD.

Annual plans are offered at a 50% discount compared with equivalent monthly pricing.

8. Payments

Subscription fees provide access to platform content and services.

The platform may also charge:

  • tournament entry fees;
  • lesson booking fees;
  • other optional services clearly disclosed before purchase.

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after activation.

Annual subscriptions may receive partial refunds based on unused service periods calculated using the standard monthly subscription rate.

Completed lesson payments are non-refundable.

Tournament refund rules are published in the Terms of Use.

9. Educational Disclaimer

Logira provides educational tools designed to support learning.

The platform does not guarantee:

  • academic improvement;
  • examination success;
  • admission to educational institutions;
  • achievement of specific grades or scores.

Educational outcomes depend on many factors, including user participation and external educational activities.

10. Fair Play

Users must not:

  • exploit software bugs;
  • manipulate scores;
  • use automated tools;
  • interfere with tournaments;
  • attempt unauthorized access to platform systems.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

11. Changes to Games

The platform may add, modify, suspend, or remove games, Game Countries, tournaments, rewards, and features at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
