LOGIRA TERMS OF USE

1. Eligibility

The Platform may be used by:

• individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old;
• parents or legal guardians registering accounts on behalf of minors;
• students using the Platform with parental or guardian authorization where required by applicable law.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all registration information is accurate and current.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, users must create an account.

Users agree to:

• provide accurate information;
• maintain the confidentiality of account credentials;
• promptly notify Logira of unauthorized account access;
• accept responsibility for activities conducted through their account.

Logira reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.

3. Platform Services

The Platform may include:

• educational games;
• Game Countries;
• training simulators;
• tournaments;
• tutor discovery services;
• lesson booking tools;
• interactive whiteboard services;
• communication tools;
• educational content and resources.

Features may be modified, added, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

4. Subscription Plans

The Platform currently offers the following subscription plans:

Promo Plan (Free) — Includes:

• access to simulators;
• promotional games;
• recommended tutor directory;
• platform-protected tutor contacts;
• tutor payment services.

Basic Plan — Includes all Promo features plus: access to one active Game Country. As additional Game Countries become available, subscribers may select one available Game Country included within their subscription.

Ultimate Plan — Includes all Promo features plus:

• access to all available Game Countries;
• participation in tournaments.

All subscription fees are charged in USD.

Annual subscriptions are offered at a fifty percent (50%) discount compared to equivalent monthly pricing.

Logira reserves the right to modify subscription offerings and pricing at any time.

5. Training Simulators

Training simulators generate educational exercises and assessments from a pool of available tasks.

Features may include:

• randomized task selection;
• time limits;
• unlimited attempts;
• varying question sets.

All users receive:

• scores;
• performance summaries;
• numbers of correctly solved tasks.

Only active paid subscribers may access:

• simulator history;
• reward points;
• student monetization or reward programs when available.

6. Tutor Services and Lesson Bookings

The Platform may facilitate connections between students and independent tutors.

Logira does not employ tutors unless explicitly stated.

Tutors are independent service providers responsible for:

• lesson content;
• teaching methods;
• educational materials;
• scheduling.

A standard lesson duration is fifty-five (55) minutes.

Student Cancellation Policy — Students may:

• cancel lessons without penalty at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled lesson time;
• reschedule lessons with tutor agreement.

If a student cancels less than twenty-four (24) hours before the lesson or fails to attend, the student may be subject to a penalty fee and the tutor may receive compensation equal to thirty percent (30%) of the lesson price.

Tutor Cancellation Policy — Tutors may cancel lessons without penalty at least twenty-four (24) hours before the lesson. Tutors may reschedule lessons with student agreement.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows by tutors may result in penalties, removal from recommendation programs, suspension, or account termination.

7. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed in USD.

Monthly Subscriptions — Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable after activation.

Annual Subscriptions — When an annual subscription is terminated, a partial refund may be provided based on the unused period, calculated using the standard monthly subscription rate. Any partial month shall be rounded up and treated as a full month of usage.

Tournament Fees — Tournament registration fees are refunded as follows:

• cancellation at least fourteen (14) days before the tournament: full refund;
• cancellation at least three (3) days before the tournament: fifty percent (50%) refund;
• cancellation less than three (3) days before the tournament: non-refundable.

Lesson Payments — Completed lesson payments are non-refundable.

8. Educational Disclaimer

The Platform is designed to support learning and educational engagement.

Logira does not guarantee:

• improved academic performance;
• examination success;
• achievement of specific grades;
• admission to educational institutions;
• mastery of any subject.

Educational outcomes vary among users.

9. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• violate applicable laws;
• impersonate others;
• interfere with Platform operations;
• upload malicious software;
• exploit bugs or vulnerabilities;
• manipulate scores, tournaments, or rankings;
• engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive conduct.

Logira may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

10. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including but not limited to:

• games;
• Game Countries;
• software;
• educational materials;
• graphics;
• logos;
• trademarks;
• text;
• videos;
• designs;
• are owned by Logira or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Platform content without written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

The Platform may use third-party providers for:

• payment processing;
• authentication;
• hosting;
• analytics;
• communication services.

Use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Logira shall not be liable for:

• educational outcomes;
• tutor conduct;
• lesson content;
• loss of data;
• service interruptions;
• tournament disputes;
• indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Users assume responsibility for their use of the Platform.

13. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Logira, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• violations of these Terms;
• misuse of the Platform;
• unlawful conduct.

14. Termination

Logira may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion where users:

• violate these Terms;
• engage in fraud;
• abuse Platform services;
• create risks for other users or the Platform.

Termination does not affect outstanding payment obligations.

15. Changes to the Terms

Logira reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
